RED POTATOES, BEEF CHUCK, ONIONS, CARROTS, CELERY, CHILI POWDER, BLACK PEPPER, CAYENNE PEPPER, PARSLEY, CUMIN, OLIVE OIL

Heating instructions:

  • 32 oz. beef or vegetable broth needed for this recipe. Purchase separately.

  • Preferred method: thawing first. However, not necessary, we know life happens.

1. Add the thawed or frozen, pre cooked ingredients to a large pot.

2. Pour 32 oz. beef or vegetable broth over the ingredients. Ensure the block is lying flat – for the broth to cover all surfaces of the ingredients.

3. Heat on medium. While heating, flip and break apart large parts very gently w/ a fork ever so often. Avoid chipping or chopping at the ingredients.

  • If Frozen: ~ 14-20 minutes

  • If Thawed: ~ 5-8 minutes

4. When warm to your liking – serve your Steak Soup!
