Jambalaya
BELL PEPPERS, ANTIBIOTIC FREE CHICKEN SAUSAGE AND BREAST, SHRIMP, ONION, CELERY, OLIVE OIL, CRUSHED TOMATOES, JALAPEÑOS, GARLIC, CAJUN SEASONING, CAYENNE PEPPER, THYME
Heating instructions:
5 servings of rice needed for this recipe. Purchase separately.
Preferred method: thawing first. However, not necessary, we know life happens.
1. Add the thawed or frozen, pre cooked ingredients to a covered pan. Ensure the block is lying flat. No water or oil necessary.
2. Heat on medium. While heating, flip and break apart large parts very gently w/ a fork ever so often. Avoid chipping or chopping at the ingredients.
If Frozen: ~ 12-18 minutes
If Thawed: ~ 5-8 minutes
3. Cook 5 servings of your store bought rice as directed on package.
4. When warm to your liking – serve your Jambalaya over rice !
